Your professionalism provided vision, then results, that went far beyond our expectations. In our first meeting, we reviewed the policy and you interviewed me about the property analyzing everything that you could. You promised to develop strategies that would help us. You promised to be diligent and persistent with the insurance company. Most of all, you promised to communicate with me. I must say, you were true to your word.
